Book me as a speaker
I enrich your event by inviting participants into a deep dive into inquiry-based living and leadership. Your question or theme is central. Together, we work with it from the power of an inquiring stance.
We are all confronted with questions that are complex and that touch something essential. Questions about sustainability, conflict, loneliness, innovation, polarization and many more. Usually, we approach such complexity from within our own “truth.” Yet once a project is completed, everyone tends to revert to old patterns. Because the problem we believe we are solving is often a symptom of something deeper: our attachment to our own truths.
We persuade, debate, and discuss. We try so hard to be right that a subtle but vital human capacity quietly disappears from our practice of being right: our ability to inquire.
But why is an inquiring stance crucial for the complex questions in your life, your organization, and society? And what does inquiry actually look like in practice?
What this looks like in practice
In a keynote (45–60 minutes) or a lecture session (90 minutes), I guide your audience into a moving moment, a moment in which the central theme of your conference or event is felt deeply, almost viscerally. And how inquiry sets this theme in motion.
Participants experience three often-unseen barriers that unconsciously keep us stuck in our lives and work. From there, we engage, interactively, with three keys that create movement within complexity. With accessible, embodied exercises for inquiry-based living and leadership, directly applicable in everyday practice.
I work with what emerges in the room, searching together with the audience for its collective wisdom. Through a small number of precise, impactful interventions, the work continues to resonate long after the event.
Audience size: 10 – 1,000 people
Fee: €3,500 – €6,000, depending on context, duration, and customization.
For non-profit and societal organizations, alternative arrangements are open for discussion.
